I play for my highschool. I think it's kind of ridiculous when people try to say football is for pansies and rugby is way more extreme or whatever. Just because one sport is extreme doesn't mean another isn't.
Anyways I don't have any official maxes either, but here's some of mine.
Position: Defensive end / Offensive tackle
Bench: 85 lbs (Yeah yeah, I know I really gotta lift more... I'm actually gonna go do that right after I post this.)
Height: 6 ft
Weight: About 175 - 180 lbs.
You know one thing I hate thought? Pants that are too short. I'm constantly getting turf burn on my knees since my knee pads don't come down far enough.
