TM on PC

Over the next couple of months we will be going through the process to try and get Total Miner onto the PC.

We will try to do this via Steam Greenlight.

I will document our progress here.

If the game is given the greenlight, then there is probably about 2-3 months of work to be done to port the game to PC, and then another 2-3 months work to make it "work well" on the PC, as in, make the game feel like it was developed for PC playing, not console playing. These changes of course will not affect the console version.

This work will be done at the same time 2.04 - 2.4 are being developed.

Total Miner is now on Steam Greenlight.

Go vote it up please, and get all your friends to vote it up.

Even if you don't PC game, it will help us continue to update the 360 version.

Steam Greenlight is not looking good. After 12 days we are only 25% of the way to the top 100 games. We need to be in the top 50. Most of the votes we got were in the first 4 days, now we are only getting a handful of votes each day. Looks like it's not going to happen.

We received the following email on friday:

This email means that Total Miner is coming to PC via the Steam distribution system.
