Hi All,
This is an idea I posted on the old forums that I thought would be worth bringing over.

Hi,
 With the release of colour coded keys for locked doors and chest, as well as teleporter channels I was wondering if it is possible to add a feature where the starting items of new players can be managed.
 You always see it on RPG maps where the first rule is to throw away all your equipment. This will only become more of an issue with the updates above due to people being able to teleport into your house.
 (All that said, I rarely play online so there maybe a way around this already).

 I can see this as having a positive option to map builders as well though by having the option to give players certain items they want them to have. Yes this can be done already using chests but then what is to stop you taking too much of one item?

 This idea could also be expanded on to be able to give certain colour keys to certain people. Allowing for a colour "team" only to enter certain doors at the start.
