in light of
this topic posted by Craig a few months ago development of Total Miner has unfortunately come to an end. It has been an ongoing possibility that we might see the game open-sourced one day but until we hear more information on that all we know is that Total Miner development is no longer happening. If it does get open-sourced that doesn't guarantee that you'll get a better version of Total Miner, nor does it guarantee the game will be released to the Xbox One Marketplace.
TLDR; The likelyhood of Total Miner being released on Xbox One is very slim.
