I have negative ping with the multiplayer mod

It shows I have negative ping -6574219123 (or something like that) with the multiplayer mod, is there anyway I could fix it?

Does it block you from joining worlds or them joining You? If not I wouldn't worry about that I get it sometime and everything works fine.
