Access Denied Adding Mods

As the title suggests, I get an Access Denied error when I try to upload a mod. What do I do?

Sorry guys, I somehow forgot that you must add the file to ARCHIVE to be able to upload it...

Well the mod is up for download, if you are interested go check it out. It's a small mod that just replaces the sledgehammers with new ones.
