So, In other words, Whether or not it will be changed is dependent on whether or not you feel like changing it for that person at that time?

I wouldn't put it that way, but if a person isn't becoming a nuisance with it I'll more than likely say yes.

If they are then I probably won't be changing it for them again.

See if I say yes, I know somebody is going to take it to mean that they're going to change their emote once a week when they change their name, and ruin it for everybody. So I'll have to go on a case by case basis for this.
