I had an error any time I tried to paste things in, however, if I deleted other things it would allow me to paste again. I ran out of space to add more text :P

Are you sure it was not just some weird bug?

Why don't you make a second post in the original as a continuation, And ask Bob, Or a mod to move it to the front of the topic?

That way you can keep all information from the first post, While continuing to update the topic.

I don't believe that's possible.

I don't believe that's possible.

I believe Craig did it once to the script documentation topic.

I think using the method he did, What would need to be done is for a mod to make a new topic with the same OP, Move the second post into the second post spot of the new topic, Then merge the two topics and delete any repeat posts.

It would be tedious as all hell if you had to re order multiple posts, But for relocating one post one of them may be willing to do it.

Thats an insane amount of work i do not think the mods are willing to do.

Fergie- Is hardly on anymore
Tom- Is on at least 20 minutes hear and there. But at least once a day
bob- Would not want to do it. He is a busy man.

I wouldn't say it's an insane amount of work, Definitely a bit tedious. Although I don't know how this system works under the hood so I am likely wrong.

Although you do raise a good point.
However I think he should still ask, The worst anyone can do is say no right?

Removed:-
*The first thing ever added to the list, it was added in 2014, don't lose hope on the other things on this list just yet.

Future NPC plans:
Spoiler for Hidden Content:
#1
Spoiler for Hidden Content:
Craig:
#1 the NPC spawners will remain the same, except you will be able to define the NPC's behaviour, e.g. Stationary (like they are now), Wander, Sentry, etc. There will be options to control each behaviour. Stationary doesn't really need anything except defining a conversation and maybe some random emotes. With Wander you might define a range. With Sentry you would define a path using waypoints (either a looped or back and forth path, or maybe some other). For each of the behaviours you might also define the stance for when an enemy is encountered, you might define the NPC to attack and chase the enemy aggressively until it is killed, or for the NPC to stand its ground and guard the local area, etc.  The usual stuff. And of course with the quest system, NPC's will most often be the quest start triggers. I expect you'll also be able to equip NPC's with items/weapons/armor.
#2:
Spoiler for Hidden Content:
Craig's reply suggests that you may be able to choose where the limbs on an NPC will be: Dryym & Craig:
When Bone Animations are added into the game, Will you be able to pose stationary NPCs
from the NPC spawn block?
Cool idea.
Also Mobs and NPCs will be merged so that they are one and the same.
