An Infection Map

Infection Idea

So the idea popped into my head and I had a little think about it, if a few good scripters and builders got together then maybe we could build this, it would take a while but after all it would be a fun game to play! The game would be a bit like the game 'It', someone is infected they have to hit someone to infect them, not sure how the scripts could work after someone has taken damage, but maybe someone has an idea of this

Could you please change the color.

Also one scripter could easily script an infection. It is not hard for them.

I would personally use death scripts, and make players drop the cure on death.
Cures your infection, but they respawn as infected, anywho there's multiple types of this to consider,

-teams- one team has one infected and must infect players to recruit them
-tag- the last person infected is 'it'

Probably other ways to do it but who knows.

True,, I could probably script an entire simple death match system for it in a good 2 hours, but it doesn't interest me.

I wanna make capture the flag someday though.

If you come up with a system to separate players into uneven teams, I'd like to have it. It would go great with Blood Mage, One of the game modes I'm planning for my magic DM.

I would use histories and mathematics I guess.

Have a script that creates a global zone to choose teams each round,
Use system histories and player histories, if is random and system history blood Mage less than 2 then make them blood Mage, else normal Mage.
Alternatively if you wanted it to be an arena you teleport into just ascertain teams during the teleport.
