Mob Targetting

Mob Targetting -

Mob option that changes what aggressive mobs attack. I.E
Mob 0.1: None
Mob 1: Player
Mob 2: Neutral NPCs
Mob 3: Mobs
Mob 4: Structures
Mob 0.1 is a default mob that wanders at random.
Mob 1 acts as normal attacking players.
Mob 2 would attack other mobs of a neutral stance.(Cows, Duck, etc.)
Mob 3 would fight other aggresors while allowing players to live.
Mob 4 would survey player placed blocks. This would have a range from spawner feature so mobs dont just wander to every structure. Would attack anything near the structure.

Not sure implemeting this would take alot though....

This would help alot, especially because I don't use orcs and trolls as mobs, as much as I use them for villagers.

This could also allow for mob avatars as well, such as elves that want to kill you, or angels that defend you against diablos, etc.

This would add so much detail to RPGs, because NPC avatars would be moving around and think(to a certain degree)

I use orcs and trolls as members of the same species, But at a different stage in their life cycle,

The fact that they try to kill each other doesn't help that. Lol


It would be really cool if you could set mobs to a Clan, And set how they react to players and mobs in other clans.
