Another thing, Could you possibly explain how cave generation works and how the game determines where to put things like lava pools, Water pools, Wisdom scrolls, And Blueprints?
No, too hard.

I am fairly sure that blueprint generation generates a blue box block which is changed to a random unfound/ungenerated blueprint upon player proximity.
Nope

Why did photosynthesis utilizing Chlorophyll evolve before photosynthesis utilizing some other biomolecule?

Why did photosynthesis utilizing Chlorophyll evolve before photosynthesis utilizing some other biomolecule?
because then it wouldn't be dictionary photosynthesis
It was the first biomolecule that was able to survive and evolve with the atmosphere within (ancient) plants.

Why is it's molecular structure such that it is a poor absorber of green light?

Nope

If this is not the case, Then why do blue boxes spawn in converted DD worlds that I haven't explored?

Because, Gaia's favourite colours are green and blue. So her natural bias made her make chlorophyll reflect green light, And the nitrogen in our atmosphere scatter blue light.

Also, Why are the guns uncraftable, But the staves are?
Obviously Gaia was too lazy to create blueprints for guns.
