Hello everyone, I wanted to share an idea i had for a new high teir metal compound.

 It will be called "Titanium Diocarbinate"   The name can be changed if needed.  But essentially what it is, Is a compound of Diamonds, And Titanium.  Similar to "Dimantium" in the game currently.

It would be smelted from a Furnace out of 2 Diamond Gems, And 1 Titanium.
The ingot would look like Steel except with a noticeable Blue hue to the silvery colour.

Diocarbinate would be used to craft a new teir of armour, 2 different weapons, And it would replace
the Diamond gems in the Sledgehammer crafting recipe.
The two weapons would be the:

Diocarbinate Sabre:

Description: A classic fighting Sword, Made from ultra hard Diocarbonate.
       Awards Health Exp rather then attack.


Diocarbinate Halberd:

Description: A Medieval pole arm weapon, Made from ultra hard Diocarbinate.
       Awards Defence Exp rather then attack.


That's all i have for now. If anybody has any ideas to improve apon this idea, Don't keep them to yourself.

I think sledgehammers shouldn't be craftable eather. Used to farming spiders was time consuming and made obtaining it worth it.

The inferior version greenstone, I think should be craftable.

BUY COAL, if you cant find any

Im on normal difficulty, on Dig Deep. Spiers from eggs wont spawn most of the time. With or without light. They have ample amounts of room to spawn as well. Problem is they just wont spawn 80% of the time. I have tried reloading the world. Have tried mining and replacing them as well. The problem persists with mob spans as well. But I have no real expirence with them so im unsure about them.

Any ideas as to why they wont spawn?
Things possibly need moving round or what?

one way is to just dig down, that increases your mining level, then go back up by placing the blocks back under you, increasing your building level. or if you don't like all the jumping involved, do it horizontally under a mountain. this way you increase both mining and building levels together at the same time.

Without amulet of knowledge.
Placing an obsidian block.       2.0 xp
Mining it with a ruby pickaxe.  5.0 xp

The xp requirements for mining and building levels are the same though. By mining and placing the exact same block starting at level one will result in a much higher mining level after a few thousand blocks.

Ive been digging down till I cant and placing the newest mineable block going up. Nice to see very active developers on the forums by the way. Getting more xp when using better tools was a vey nice  touvh to the game I thought.
