Gaming / Crevis -- Sandbox indie game
« on: March 20, 2017, 11:30:03 PM »

*Apparently my post was deleted, please let me know why so I can fix whatever I did wrong!

Crevis is a world that you can manipulate at will with the use of tools and machines. Fight the mighty foes of the land, or crack the dark secrets that its deep universe hides. Travel to different planets, discover remarkable entities, craft advanced machinery, and most of all, discover your purpose and what put you to it.

As of February 5th, 2017, I have been remaking Crevis from the ground up, implementing far more efficient methods of doing things. Here is what is to be done:
  • Inventory Completed
  • Shaders
  • Mobs
  • Block breaking In-progress
  • Parallax backgrounds
  • Night/day system
  • Dimensions
  • World generation
  • Content

Gaming / Nesus (In Development)

Nesus
You are lying on damp, cold grass. It doesn't even feel like grass. It feels strange. Elastic.

Where are you? Where were you? Have you been here all along?

You can't seem to see anything very far away. In fact, it's pitch black over there.

You bring light to it, though. Are you the light? The light of a civilization long forgotten?

Nesus is an abstract pixel game with a very vague story. No instructions are given. There is little to no UI. All that you have is your skill at gaming and items you pick up along the way.

The character you play as in Nesus has no clear objective - just to explore, to hunt, to survive the ancient world around it.

Nesus is currently being developed by myself and will be released onto Steam Greenlight shortly.

(note: this will not be replacing Crevis. This is just a small project that will serve as a break from developing Crevis after a few years straight)

[Riftus - The Seventh Planet]

Riftus is a game based on the survival and escape of the digital reality known as the Riftus - a name given by the Federation, the corrupted corporation dedicated to stabilizing a massive futuristic empire that expands into the whole world - the only empire that had remained strong for thousands and thousands of years.

The Riftus was intended to be the paradise of a genius who constructed the Riftus, but, however, the Federation saw this as an attempt to avoid the cost of land in the modern day, so they sent an elite force squad with the intent of terminating him. The Riftus was transformed into the Federation's prison and personal trash can, dumping personal waste and aborted experiments into the digital reality. The paradise of the genius was transformed into a land of dangerous metal objects, aborted experiments, extremely odd and procedural glitches, and into the habitat of the Riftants, the inhabitants of Riftus.

It's your job to escape this corrupted digital reality, to bypass all of the obstacles in your way, and to make it to the bridge to the next planet and to the next, until finally, to the final planet, to the exit to the Riftus, a giant crack in the fabric of the digital reality.

General Discussion / The Fish
« on: November 13, 2014, 01:21:50 AM »
Hi there Total Miners! I noticed 2 little blue fish next to my name, apparently frozen. I don't really know how the ranking system works on here but I'm pretty sure that it's some sort of level up system. For example, maybe 2/5 fish to get to the next level. Anybody want to help me out? ::)

Thanks! :D
