Title: Lets talk about vehicles
Post by: Gordinio on March 05, 2018, 07:23:44 AM
I couldn't find another topic about vehicles, so I decided to start this.
This is intended for people to discuss vehicles with others, ask question, get help, etc

I guess I will start with asking what your favourite car is.

My favourite car is a 2017 Audi R8 V10 PLUS Spyder. It would be epic to go on a roadtrip to Monaco in it. Quite like the new R8 RWD version too.

What's your favourite small car?

I know it isnt really a small car, but I like the new Mini Cooper S and the JCW version is 👌
But for an actual small car I would probably go for a Seat Ibiza

What do you think the best sounding car (or cars) are?

It's a good job I'm looking at Seat Ibiza for my first car then :D

As for nicest sounding car (definitely not based on the tunnel in Forza Horizon 3!) I'd say...

> Abarth 500/595/695 - I want one for 2nd car
> Aston Martin Vanquish 1st gen - very loud
> Audi R8 and really any new RS car by Audi
> Mercedes-Benz A45 AMG

But my favourite at the moment is the Min Cooper GP JCW because it's one of my favourite hot hatches

What's your favourite German car?

My dream reasonably priced car would be a Honda S2000 in matte black and black wheels

I've just bought my first car, a 2012 Skoda Fabia Monte Carlo.

So my question is, what car do you want for a first car? (or had!)

Im not really into trucks, since im in the uk and they are quite impracticable and if you have anything in the back, it would probably get stolen

It's a small two seater. It gets pretty good gas mileage, and I don't really put anything in the back.

I don't understand why they fit open beds (I think that's what they're called) on pickup trucks, if they ain't going to be used.

Only a few more hours til my car arrives. Might call it Fabio or Monte, thoughts?

Almost all pickup trucks in the uk are small 2 seaters, ford rangers and stuff like that. You do sometimes see bigger 4 door ones but they are never used as pickup trucks.

They fit open beds to pickup trucks cos thats what pickup trucks are, if not it would just be an suv. Call your car David.

Honestly it's really useful. I'm just saying I don't store anything in the back. Pretty much whenever anyone I know needs to haul something I get a call. It helps with affording gas these days

I'm currently driving a 2014 Renalt Clio. It's a really nice car for it being my first one.

The car I mainly want is a Peugeot 108.

My dream car would be a Tesla Model 3.

Depends which one ;)

They're actually building a factory near where I live. They're building the chassis there.

I see you have a thing for French cars. Are they as unreliable as the stereotype suggests? How are they from a driver's point of view? Are they run on a fast country road?

I'm picking up this in a few hours, not bad for a first car eh?

It looks best in red tbh, its also the most common colour for that version.
