Title: certain players only being able to do quests
Post by: Jason✪ on June 07, 2015, 07:15:50 AM
i was wondering if someone could help me out.

i think if a player started a quest, they could be given
world history(quest 1 co-op) (1)
if someone joins this person while they are playing, they teleport to mission start and they get the same history = 1, so the history is now on 2.

this could go on until 4.

when history gets to 4, no-one else can join this co-op mission until the mission fails, or ends.
then, history is deleted and players Tp to spawn. for other people to do again.

this is possible,right?

Yes, it's possible, you pretty much described how to do it. Here's an example script you could use to teleport the players into the mission:

Script Name: Mission\Teleport Players In

If
HasHistory [MissionPlayers] [>=] [4]
Then
Notify [Sorry, this mission is currently full] [local]
Else
Teleport [player] [x,y,z]
History [MissionPlayers]
Notify [[gamertag] has just joined the co op mission!] [global]

And whenever the mission is completed/failed, you would just clear the History [MissionPlayers] to allow more players to enter the mission.
