Ask the staff section

This section will be for quick questions like can "I need help" or "Can I..."
questions, its easier and faster than a pm and more convenient because other members can see the question. Also only members can create threads, this means only admins can lock/reply on the post.

The "Questions and Answers" board. Although bob doesn't often respond to questions, Craig does. Ask any questions you'll likely get an answer, whether it's from an administrator or just someone who knows. It's unnecessary for a section just for questioning staff.

Isn't that what the Questions and Answers section already does?

And if you only want an answer from a Staff Member it creates more work for them, the community is pretty knowledgeable.
