Could you make human limbs? I need to make them live

XD but no, I need to animate them. Here are the specifications:

Three body parts for each limb (Hand, forearm, bisept)
Left and right legs
Left and right arms
Head (Square, but not blocky square, blue eyes, dirty-blond hair, Mohawk that doesn't go very high)
Torso
The Limbs should combine to form a person in a suit with a orange tie #FFAD33

Make them fairly large please
