((OOC: I've had a lot of the recent story posts, and a lot of the story posts in general. I've also been sort of carrying the time keeping as far as events go. I was kind of hoping someone else would take the lead on tying events together and such. I wanted to work off something else with these new characters.))

You might not be able to kick a specific player using a script but what you can do is assign a unique history to that player and set up a script to kick anyone with that history, such as:

if
hashistory [modder] [true]
then
kick

That might not be 100% accurate as i've not been on TM for a while but you get the idea.

Alternatively, In a perfect world where these scripts work on them, You can ban them without them ever having been on your world by using their gamertag.

Var [Ban] = [hash:Modder]
Var [Gamertag] = [hash:[gamertag]]
If
  IsVar [Ban] [=] [Gamertag]
Then
  Kick
ElseIf
  Var [Ban] = [hash:Modder2]
  IsVar [Ban] = [Gamertag]
Then
  Kick
Etc...


This allows you to keep a global banlist across all of your worlds. Not useful against people who can't be kicked, But it is useful for other people you don't like. who break the rules.

1: You can not click on it.
2: You could try making a CSS add-on with one of those browser plugins that allows you to change the formatting for a website locally.
3: You could give yourself a lobotomy.

Will the limit for the amount of players in one world be slightly higher? If not could there be a higher limit. I hear of plans for big 24/7 multiplayer servers.

Craig already answered this question, and said that he was unsure as of yet. Most likely, we will have to wait until multiplayer is at least partially developed so we can see what performance looks like, etc.

But will multiplayer have more than 1 player? That is the real question.

This is already possible with scripts.

Not really. Maybe with NPC behaviours, But even then you won't have hoards of monsters attacking your base. My main problem with this is that it would be annoying of you don't want to deal with it. I don't like behaviour that cannot be turned off like this.

I think jump power should be a thing that is added to zones and possibly scripts with a command.

Before you go off saying "But Dryym, We have a gravity setting in zones", That is not the same thing. The gravity setting changes the gravitational acceleration of the player in the zone. Jump power would change the upwards velocity given to the player when they press the jump key.

Currently, The gravitational acceleration in TM is around 36m/s, With the jump power being around 9m/s.

If I change the gravity to be that of earth, My character will jump really high because the jump power is really high, But they will fall down at the same rate as a human on earth would.

Conversely, If I increase the gravity, I will fall faster and jump lower due to the jump power being lower relative to the acceleration.

With a jump power option, You can change how high the player jumps independently of how much they accelerate downwards.

Perhaps this could even be set to allow the double jump to have a different power setting than the initial jump.
