In which case to future proof a pc for as long as possible (a few years :P ) DDR4 is a good option. There’s nothing wrong with DDR3 though.

i use ddr3 and it seems to work just fine, just wondering if i should make the change to ddr4.

also fun fact, i spent 400 on parts to get a barebones pc going that i can buy a new part for every paycheck to get a good pc, built it like normal and nothing ever worked and to this day im still so confused on what happened

To upgrade your RAM to DDR4 you’d have to buy a new motherboard as well which would essentially mean almost building a whole new computer. If you’re not having any issues with DDR3 there’s no need to spend all that money. Not to mention how expensive DDR4 RAM is. I spent £40 on a Corsair 1X8GB.

Bring this thread back to life! Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice by FromSoftware is coming out next week, there is no better time to head back into playing Dark Souls 3! I got it relatively cheap https://www.eneba.com/steam-dark-souls-3-steam-key-global as well, so no excuses for spending too much money!

Indie rock and folk rock mostly! If I had to name 5 that'd be Damien Rice, Gregory Alan Isakov, Keaton Henson, Ben Caplan, and Ray LaMontagne

This was indeed the coolest method.

It could be the tester team that gives them out instead, since there's only one dev lol

I think we should go back to the old method because its a lot more selective, anybody can come on their first day and sweat to get demis

yeah anyone can get them, and i agree thats a fairer way, but it should also be used to recognize our most dedicated players not someone whos willing to sweat their fingers off for a few days
What?
