Welcome to Fallout:New Europe!

Introduction
Hello everyone and welcome to a concept for a map I have been wanting to make for many years.
For this map, I'd like to explore the European side of the fallout series. I'll get more into that in the features section further down. I think that this topic will serve as a source of information and a bit of an ideas board for me too until the game comes out, hopefully soon. I am going to try to keep this as true to the Fallout lore as possible. So, without further notice - lets get into the features...

Features
Around 20 towns, with purchasable properties
Over 50 villages, again with purchasable properties
Over 25 Derelict properties ready for conversion. These can also be demolished.
Shops in most settlements
The map will be fully scripted
Mines, pvp and quests to earn money and xp
Player ranking system
A fully terraformed desert wasteland
Fast travel system
Player points system, which can be redeemed for perks

Properties
Anything from tiny metal shacks to huge office buildings to full villages!

Restrictions?
Pvp will be restricted in settlements
No player shops

Prices
Properties will become available as you level up
Tiny shacks - level 5
Small shacks - level 10
Medium shacks - level 15
Large shacks - level 20
Small houses - level 50
Medium houses - level 60
Large houses - level 75
Ruined buildings - level 80-120 depending on size
Villages - level 250-500 depending on size
Derelict properties - level 25-250 depending on size

Release Date
Not sure yet, but will be out when its playable

You can script the stats of weapons and shields on the Xbox can't you?
But not the colors. Oh well, the guy did add a good point. I think I am going to try to make a customizable weapons mod when the PC version comes out. Like maybe an anvil type thing that will allow people to change the blade stone type and hilt metal and just keep it the stats of the greenstone and gold tools. I mean for stones I can pretty much put everything serpentine and below, and for hilts I can do all the metals(even cherry metal) and maybe even allow the changing of the gemstones. And just modify the current greenstone gold texture with a palette swap. Should be easy
