[coord] history and Vars
« on: December 05, 2016, 12:10:50 PM »
Vars seem to be unable to retrieve a value from coordinate based history marks. I don't know what else to say.

Except for just last week when I did a HUDShape menu script for Trub basically revolving around retrieving co-ord' based history marks with vars. I'll take pictures of the script in a couple hours in case I don't know what you're talking about.

Maybe try posting the scripts you are using. It worked just fine for me yesterday.

I believe the exact command I used was

"Var [y] = [SysHistory:Particles\[coord] y]"

On a proximity detector. The history was set to that coordinate, However it did not retrieve the value from that history.

This should be enough to see what's going on.

That isn't [coord] history, PWR. That is of no use to me.

That is just saving coordinates to a static history mark using vars.

I did something fairly similar to PWR, you can ignore my previous post. [coord] history is something new to me.
