Title: Concerning Bug Reports
Post by: bob on April 08, 2013, 08:11:33 AM
Bug reports are not topics to chat in. They are here so that Craig can collect the data from them, and fix it in future updates. If you are less than 100% sure that you know what you are talking about, do not post in these threads, you're only adding confusion.

For those of you posting reports, please be as clear as possible. For example if you've gotten a blue screen in the game, we need a picture of it. It is impossible to identify the cause of the problem, without knowing what the blue screen actually said. You can easily post pictures to the forums by clicking the Tinypic button above the text entry area on a new post, and just follow the instructions. Simply saying "I got a blue screen, help" does nothing. Please try to be as descriptive as possible about what you were doing when the problem occured.

Please make the Topic title describe the bug in some way, this makes it much easier for us to locate your topic for reference.

It is better for us if you put each bug into it's own topic, i.e. do not make one topic, with a title like "Bugs I found", and list multiple bugs in it. If possible, please make a new topic for each bug, and title it appropriately. This helps us tremendously with managing bugs.

Note, once I have fixed a posted bug or reviewed a bug that doesn't need fixing, I move the post to the Bugs Processed ( forum. So if you posted a report but don't see it here, check there.
