Couple questions regarding farming
« on: December 23, 2017, 05:11:47 PM »
1.) How long does it typically take wheat to grow?

2.) How long does it typically take tomatos to grow?

3.) i know that saturation length of irrigated blocks is 4 meters away, but is there anyway to show whether or not a block is truly irrigated? (I.E. the change in color in Minecraft)

4.) I noticed the berry bush, what comes from this?

5.) there are a couple items i cant seem to find a way to grow (olives, gooseberries, raspberries) how do these grow?

Wheat:  Grows 1.5 blocks high.  Each block produces a bag of wheat and bundle of straw.  Takes 20 days to grow.  Can not be planted in the winter and will kill plants if not done growing before winter.  For appearance it has 1 row of 15 wheat plants per block.  For planting 1 bag can plant 25 blocks.

All the information you need.

I took this from a 2013 post so if some info is wrong, my apologies.

I really do like the idea of having some indication that blocks are irrigated. I didn't understand this when I started farming until I read the description of a tilled dirt block
