Sensitivity

i think that the interface should have its own sensitivity added, as well as having to use scroll to move the menu around, not move then menu around depending on how you move your mouse.

Sensitivity is already a thing
He is referring towards the movement sensitivity when viewing the new menus, in which is currently relative to the size of the menu (in which is why menus such as the Input Profiles slide more relative to other menus).
Regarding the use of scrolling for moving the menu, I would be interested in seeing this, and would occur whenever the menus are locked (via ScrollLock).

I'm currently using the method of zooming in until everything is visible and then scroll lock to keep it in place, looks really nice.
